RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sam + Zoey. If you're not 100% happy with a qualifying item, simply return it within 30 days in the original packaging for a full refund or credit of the product purchase price.
- Personalized items may not be returned unless damaged or defective. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our customization on demand business, personalized items cannot be returned because they cannot be resold. Therefore, we are unable to refund or credit personalized orders.
- Items should be returned in unopened or original condition, with a copy of the packing slip, to our Return Center. A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued using the original form of payment used. We will not issue refunds for items returned that have been used, or are classified as un-sellable.

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions. Please note: personalized items may not be returned unless damaged or defective.
